• There are occasions when the Brighter Days team does not have the skills and qualifications to help your case. In these situations, we may decline to offer our services and offer sign-posting to alternatives. 

• When Brighter Days provides a service, our team may discover further factors that we cannot address. When this is the case, we may withdraw the service. Charges will only then apply for the services provided thus far. 

• Brighter Days operates within the law, including Keeping Children Safe in Education, GDPR, and ethical guidelines. Where a vulnerable person is thought to be at risk, the Brighter Days team will make disclosures to relevant services to maintain safety.
